Teaching Practice- week 9
This was the last week of Teaching Practice. The days were hectic and we have to finish lesson plans on time. On Monday, Mr. Nadeem Surfid visited school For observation. He asked me to improve my class management as students was making much noise and kept distracting the class. This may be due to the fact that it was there free time and I had to take class without a notice as he came after my period. Today I took Innovative model On village Blacksmith to class. Students were very interested in knowing about this model and learned about it.
This week I conducted both achievement test and Diagnostic Test. Diagnostic test was conducted on the topic Prepositions, Results shown that students don't have much knowledge on this topic, so I conducted remedial teaching on 24th. I conducted achievement test on Tuesday, and distributed the answer sheets on Friday. Ithihas scored the highest mark; 21/25.
On 25th it was my last class of first teaching phase, we distributed sweets to students as a symbol gratitude. We also distributed a small gift to all teachers as a symbol of gratitude. we took pictures with Principal as well as teachers. Thus we successfully completed first phase of teaching practice.
This experience has taught me a lot about students, society, and had a lot of eye opening experiences. I will always be grateful to the teachers and the whole faculty of BNV V & HSS for making me believe in myself in such a way that I Now am sure that I belong here. Even though it was stressful I enjoyed this phase and this was the most memorable experience in my whole B.Ed days.
